Day 1 Arrival in Colombo

Arrive in Colombo on your international flight. Upon arrival, you will be assisted and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, explore Colombo, the bustling capital of Sri Lanka. Although the city features modern skyscrapers, you can still find areas that retain their old-world charm, including a 100-year-old clock tower, colonial buildings, and the old parliament building in Fort. Additionally, visit affluent residential neighborhoods and the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH). Overnight in Colombo.

Day 2 Colombo / Kitulgala / Nuwara Eliya

After breakfast, drive to Nuwara Eliya, stopping en-route at Kitulgala, known for its role in the film "Bridge on the River Kwai." Also, admire the St. Clare’s and Devon Waterfalls. Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka's premier hill resort, offers a refreshing mountain climate and is the heart of Sri Lanka's tea country, producing 50% of the world's finest tea. The region is also home to Pidurutalagala, Sri Lanka's highest mountain (8,282 ft), and features one of Asia's top 18-hole golf courses. Spend the afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 3 Nuwara Eliya / Kandy

After breakfast, drive to Kandy, visiting a tea plantation and factory along the way. In the afternoon, explore Kandy, the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings, known for its rich heritage and tradition. Visit a gem lapidary and the Temple of the Tooth Relic. In the evening, enjoy a cultural show showcasing traditional Sri Lankan performances. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 4 Kandy / Colombo

After breakfast, return to Colombo, stopping at the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens en-route. This garden, once a royal pleasure garden, features nearly 4,000 plant species and is set along the Mahaweli River. Upon arrival in Colombo, enjoy a city tour that includes visits to the old parliament, residential areas, and the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall). Additionally, explore shopping destinations such as the Ceramics Corporation Showroom, Majestic City Shopping Complex, House of Fashion, and Odel Unlimited Dress Boutique. Overnight in Colombo.

Day 5 Departure from Colombo

After breakfast, you have time at leisure for last-minute shopping or relaxation. Following lunch, transfer to the international airport for your flight back home.
